AC/DC Highway to Hotel Alexander

AC/DC are coming to the Letzigrund in Zurich on 29 June. It has been almost a decade since the rock icons led by guitarist and founder Angus Young last toured and performed in Switzerland. Come to Highway to Hotel Alexander.

"Power UP" is the name of the tour, named after the last AC/DC studio album. The big tour will stop off at Zurich's Letigrund on 29 June 2024.

This is the first time in almost eight years that hard rock band AC/DC ("Highway To Hell", "Thunderstruck") have gone on tour. Last year, the rock icons led by 68-year-old guitarist and founder Angus Young made their brilliant stage comeback at a festival in the USA after a seven-year break.

Alongside guitarist Angus Young, who always performs in school uniform, and long-time singer Brian Johnson, the "Power Up" tour will feature rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, who succeeded band founder Malcolm Young, who fell ill in 2014 and died in 2017.

New to the band are former Jane's Addiction bassist Chris Chaney and drummer Matt Laug, who performed with AC/DC at last year's "Power Trip" festival.
