For us to explore Zurich it was perfect. Right in the centre and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. For us the stand out were the staff. All of them we had contact with were super friendly, competent and went out of their way to help us. We enjoyed the art museum with the free tickets supplied by the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast which had everything we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and in 2 degrees outside, snug and warm inside. We requested a quiet room and that was exactly what we got.
Great location, great room, great staff
Location, cleanliness, modern room, shower gets hot right away, TV was easy to use, mini-fridge included. Friendly staff, breakfast was also good. Location is surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to the main train station and tram stops.
This place is a good stay apart for their breakfast.
The cleaner was very nice, he quickly clean the room when we were the for early check-in. The room was nice and cozy. Got air conditioning and everything that we need. The TV works great. The location was very to access.
Great, friendly hotel!
Excellent location, easy walk to the centre of town & railways station. We arrived early & they let us check in, the staff couldn't have been nicer & more accommodating. The breakfast was really good & set us up for the day. Free first fill of the bar fridge was really appreciated.

Very decent hotel, in the center of the town, so with all benefits that this offers (close to everything: central train station, sightseeings, all bars and restaurants). Compared to similar hotels in the area has the advantage of breakfast included and good price. I strongly suggest it

Small boutique hotel in busy Old Town. At time of my visit they provided breakfast which was fabulous, recommend their muesli. They provided free of charge coffee, water, apples and hot spots. Helpful with directions and cab service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at check in was very thorough in explaining things. We got an upgrade to a king room which was very nice so we has a little more space. Breakfast was included and it was great. The ladies in the breakfast room keep everything supplied and coffee flowing. There was always coffee, water and fruit near the front entrance which was nice. The bathroom was nicely set up and clean. The Mini bar was free of charge on the first round which is more than I have gotten anywhere else. The hotel is in the old town area so there are a lot of eating places and bars around. The only negative I can come up with is the lights in the hallway come on with a motion detector which you will get light coming in from under the door in the middle of the night, I know it's picky. We enjoyed our stay. Short walking distance to train station. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Really friendly and helpful staff, very nice room with shower and a great Pizza place around the corner. Central location easy walking distance to everywhere including the ETH (mind the steps). All in all an excellent location at a (for Zürich) reasonable price.
